- EverLatch (w/out gate)
The standard latch, which is magnetic, self-latching, and provides a keylock, is included with every Residential gates, except for styles that include Magna-Latches. You may purchase a latch separately if you wish. Parts for this latch may also be purchased by contacting our Customer Service Department.

- Magna-Latch (with gate)
With a unique child-resistant design, this magnetic latch with keylock offers an added security. The latch requires two hands to open and is mounted higher than the usual standard Jerith latch, making it difficult for a small child to operate. Magna-latches are the standard gate latch only for Ovation, Bravo, and Symphony fence styles, as well as Patriot Wire 48" and 60" wide gates, but they may also be ordered as an alternative to the EverLatch for any other gate.

- Gate Hinge (w/out gate)
Standard size gate hinges are included with all gate orders. These hinges are self-closing for all Residential single gates and Industrial single gates that are 48" wide or less. Each gate requires 2 hinges.

- Drop Rod Assembly
One aluminum drop rod is included with all Jerith double gates, except for Estate Gates. They lift to keep the gate open when in use and drop into the ground to stabilize the gates when closed. You may wish to purchase a second one as well.

- Standard Industrial Gate Latch
This latch is included in the price of swing gates and double gates for Industrial styles. When the latch is used for custom gates, such as Estate gates, it must be purchased separately.

- Industrial Hinge for Large Gates
Use these hinges for Industrial gates larger than 48" wide. They are larger and stronger in order to carry the weight of a heavy Industrial size gate but will not be self-closing.
