Cancellation
No cancellations are accepted on personalized orders. Other orders must be cancelled within 24 hours.
Shipping
Most orders are shipped within 15 - 20 working days. UPS is used whenever possible unless motor freight or parcel post is necessary.
Returns
Returns for Home and Garden Accents will only be accepted for defective items, and the customer must notify FenceDirect prior to reshipping.
Personalized items will be remade at no charge only when FenceDirect or the manufacturer is at fault. All other corrections will be the responsibility of the customer.
